• Your employer puts the scheme in place.

• You decide if you want to take childcare vouchers (taking into account pensions, working tax credit effects etc) , and if so how much.

• Complete the salary sacrifice / order form - This is the agreement between you and your employer and changes your terms and conditions of employment.

• Complete Carer Registration Agreement Form - Speak to your carer and ask them to complete this form if they do not already accept Sodexho Pass vouchers. This form ensures Sodexho Pass can pay your carers for accepting vouchers from you. Your carer must also provide a copy of their Ofsted (or equivalent) certificate.

• Return both forms with the copy of carer(s) Ofsted (or equivalent) certificate - Forms should be returned to your company's co-ordinator for processing. 
  

• Your Employer will order vouchers for you for the requested amount on the next available pay run.

• Vouchers are despatched to arrive at your home on payday or are credited to your e-voucher account on payday.

• You pay your carer using your e-voucher account (one off or regular payment) or hand over paper vouchers.

Your carer redeems any paper vouchers, or is paid directly by your instruction with e-vouchers.
