Sodexho Appoints Leadership Leader
Sodexho has appointed Alison Rose as its director of organisation development.
Sodexho, a leading food and facilities management services provider, has appointed Alison Rose as its director of organisation development.
Alison will be responsible for all aspects of business training, management and leadership development. She will also lead the senior executive talent development initiative, launched at the end of last year.
Alison joins us with nearly twenty years' experience of leadership, learning and talent development. After ten years in national voluntary organisations, she joined BAA, where she set up one of the first corporate universities and worked with the top team on succession planning and development. Most recently, Alison was head of talent and resourcing at Abbey.
On her new role, Alison said "Sodexho is an exciting organisation and I'm very impressed by its commitment to development at every level. We have a sound foundation of training and development in place. I'm looking forward to building on this and helping to develop a senior leadership team which will ensure the business is able to meet the challenges of the future."
Alison will report to Andrew Patrick, HR director for Sodexho UK & Ireland.
